I didn´t know things and "laws" were so strict here in DA. The other day I summited a "distortion" of a pic of The Passion of the Christ. Changed lots and most of the colors in the pic, added brightness, blur it a bit, and tonalities too. It was clear as day that it was the pic of the movie Itself! My idea was NOT to distort it, and make it appear it was a work of my own, something that was never intended...
My general idea was to MODIFY an existing picture, mentioning "Fan Art" for the movie mostely. I thought that only copied works were banned for obvious reasons (RIP). Now I get a note that It was deleted for "Copyright Violation" a

Your work is absolutely sensational and beautiful. It's unique, and you don't see a lot of this sort of photographical art on this site...or anywhere for that matter...anymore. Not since the Victorian ages, anyway.
